What happens if I drive without insurance?

In Indiana it is against the law to drive without auto insurance. It is identified as a Class A Infraction. If you are found driving without insurance your license will be suspended for a 90 day period. If you repeat the offense your license could be suspended for up to a year. To reinstate your license, you must prove you have acquired auto insurance and pay a reinstatement fine determined by the severity of your offense.
